The Situation That Made Me Think …
One day my girlfriend and I were walking inside a mall, one of the biggest ones in my city. We were looking for a specific shop, but neither she nor I knew where it was exactly. That mall is really big, trust me, walking along and searching the shop “manually” would have taken about 30 minutes from us.
The chatbot is a marketing and customer service technology that comes of age in 2018, after a couple of years of learning the ropes through company tests and trials. But, how can businesses, new and experienced in bots, take advantage of them in a world where apps, social media and other trends like AR are eating into budgets?
